-Sometimes you get to play with all the awesome stuff -Most of the people who shop there are pretty cool -Most coworkers are nice..

Cons

-Basically no upward mobility (especially if you are a woman) -Managers can be condescending (Except for one great manager) -Hours are long and it can be a strict environment -Very stifling unless you find your own ways to have fun
