Pros

The pay is good, the people are very nice, benefits are good, Upper management hires people primarily from there neighborhood and specifically there religion. If you are not from the religion then your time is limited with in the company and there is little to no growth potential.

I am here a relative short time- I have found good and knowledgeable co-workers. On my team there are a number of photographers and are very passionate about their work. We do get employee discounts and during my onboarding HR was very helpful and provided an overview of the company history contacts around the company and got me up and running the same day.

Management constantly lie, retracts anything that’s good for employees, lack of core values, mediocre benefits, can’t sustain good employees, lies, only one 15break and lunch for a whole shift, lies, etc.
