Pros

If you are looking to grow, you found the right place. You are given a tremendous amount of responsibility, support, space to openly admit your mistakes and opportunity to add business value. I have never learned this much in this short of time at another job.

Cons

I wish we got together more as a company.

You can grow your career into multiple paths, and it's great to collaborate with people around the world.

Cons

Because you work only remotely, sometimes it's hard to connect with people, but it is being acknowledge by management.
