The environment is great, people are hard working and friendly to each other. There is no micro-management! The company is fair to its employees and have good communication regarding its goals and acquisitions. The employees are generally loyal

If you do not get project in our domain you should be switched to other technology project

Worked here for almost 2 years . They put me on client location. 1) No connectivity to HR if you are working at client location 2) HR will not response or call back of your calls. (If by mistake they pick up the call , they ask you are you working in this company ?) 3) Too much fake commitments 4) If at the client location you are not performing 5 start rating they will fire you with out giving the notice period. 5) At client location , manager will treat you like slaves and adroitent people will not support you at all . In fact they will also support them Please think twice before join this company

Works on Agile method. No micro management. Timings are flexible. We can discuss any issues with superiors easily.

Cons

Work life balance is missing. Don't have team bonding sessions and festival celebrations.
