Enjoyable physical work, but poor conditions and management

- I enjoyed much of the physical work.

Cons

- We were expected to work in extremely dust-filled rooms without any provided protection (I had to buy my own N95 because of how bad it was). - I was hired for a part-time position and immediately got scheduled for full-time. - Management seemed all over the place. - Training was mediocre.

No Pros, I can't see any of them!

Cons

Worst work culture, late night calls. US people treat indian employee just like an slave working in night for them to resolve issue. Micro management with too much politics around. Thats you will notice recent lots of resignation from employees. I will not suggest to join this firm.
