A lot of very smart people that work really hard to make a difference

Pros

Leading edge technology in system integration, training systems and software development. The engineers there really work hard to meet the program schedules. The senior management really tried to address company issues and do whats best for the employees.

Cons

The selling of the company to DRS really changed the dynamics of the company. It wasn't the same company that I had joined when I was first hired.

The people that work there were so helpful in making my position easy to perform

Cons

Management at Advanced Acoustic Concepts had no respect for the past Director of Quality & defied what she was trying to accomplish. No respect for the Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008

Pros

decent benefit package, decent pay for the area and the internship program helps a lot of people get experience right out of college.

Cons

Repetitive work, slow growth. It is not the friendliest work environment. I'd say mainly due to the atmosphere created by the managers. There are too many and none of them communicate with each other or the rest of the employees. They really make you feel unappreciated for the work you perform.
