Pros

Stable place to work, defense company, Friday off every other week, relaxed friendly place, ping pong table, popcorn machine, work is not too stressful, great for people with a family. Feels like a small company where you can talk to your manager and VP. Benefits are very good. I learned this when my family really needed it.

Cons

Work is sometimes repetitive.

Pros

I feel like I have to write a review after seeing some of the lies that other people are saying about this company. first of all i've never been cheated on any over time. i don't get a lot of over time because some times there is no over time to work but i've always gotten paid right. The 9/80 schedule is the BEST EVER and i hope it never goes away. the HR lady in lemont furnace pa has always been very nice to me and answers my questions. i think its great that we have a picnic every summer and no one is forced to go. but if you are not working you are supposed to take time off like everyone else. im not part of the party committee but i dont know anyone forced to be in it. I've never had any problems with the qa manager either. I like my manager and my job and i think this is a good place to work if you do your job.

Cons

there are a lot of people who asume the worst here. I like the people I work with. but some people bring me down with the things they say and complain about. i try not to listen to the lies.

Off every other Friday but that’s about it

Cons

Terrible management, disorganized, zero room for growth, it’s all about the big wigs up top and their bonus. Hated coming to work everyday. Just horrible morale and work environment.
