Pros
Where to even start with this? There are so many wonderful things about Advanced Agrilytics. You have amazing support from your counterparts, everyone you work with is insanely intelligent, the company and everyone who works here genuinely cares about you and the farmers that we do business with. Pay is great, no micromanaging, you get to establish your territory and customers based on relationships, and you get to make a contribution. Managers actually care about what the field people have to say and ask for input on a regular basis. This company has been the most positive and refreshing change I’ve made in my entire career.
Cons
Some cons with onboarding, there’s a lot of information at first and not a clear onboarding process. Vacation time could also be improved a little, currently no sick days.
