Ops Manager Michael Seth Griffith is great to work with. He leads by example and creates a GREAT work environment. He is understanding and goes above and beyond to try to find solutions to all issues brought to him.

Loved it until the ultra micro management team took over.

See pros. Als9 old building w bathrooms that flood & poor parking lot. Always changing policies.

Pros

I love my job but they're phasing it out by the end of December and all have to find another room at position. You learn a lot of skills. I've been here 3 and 1/2 years. I had amazing supervisors and teams. If it wasn't for my remote position I would stay.
