Pros

Great pay and hours. Good benefits and great supervisors. Work from the comfort of your home.

Cons

No tax withholding taken out of checks, no notice of layoff and I haven’t had a job that I liked since this job. I was told it was only north Texas employees but that wasn’t the case. It was random I guess because it’s still North Texas employees still working there.

Pros

remote position, coworker’s were all awesome and most of my supervisors were as well!

Cons

was going on my third year and only got 1 raise. I really liked working here until it was just suddenly all over the place. Seemed like no one knew what they were talking about. They laid a lot of us off randomly by logging us out of our computers, with no warning and waiting all day long for a call right before the holidays. I was told I would be getting my pto hours paid out and never did!
