Hybrid schedule Tries and work on schedule with you

Cons

Poor management No true employee appreciation Common place to fire employees with no warning at random Poor esop program (when you get fired out of the blue you loose all non vested amount even if you were a top agent month to month) No incisintive to work harder ( low bonuses/raises which makes people who do double the work get paid basically the same)

Pros

None, the place is actually awful and they set you up for failure. They will leave you with no director and no HR to report to on site and then expect you to keep your cool while everyone acts like children and if you do snap they will send you out the door without even a second glance based on biased reports from other peers who LIE

Cons

Everything about this place is a con, they claim they have “competitive” pay but will cap you out within a year of working there. They give no support to their management staff who they force out of projects to run new projects and then even though it’s their fault if you have a meltdown they will “term you work cause” so they don’t have to pay out unemployment because they are more worried about ensuring they higher ups get their bonuses so they can go on their 4 out of country personal vacations each year rather than actually take care of the ones with boots on the ground because you are just a warm body to fill a seat in their eyes

Pros

You learn a lot about fraud and scams that affect the customers you will be talking to.

Cons

The culture created a "be on guard" mindset. Extremely high stressful environment, where you had to meet impossible metrics, follow scripts, and you were always worried about getting fired. Also, you literally have to be careful what comes out of your mouth, because I was called out in my own training class for asking a simple question in the way I phrased it. Nothing was done but I was extremely upset over this. I also got looked at in a negative light by a training coach because I was always reserved and never spoke unless I was spoken to. I had to get crisis counseling over what happened and while that has helped, the anger and resentment is still there. I had high hopes for this position, but my self confidence was torpedoed thanks to the changes and my own teammates at the time. I was suspicious of my own co workers towards the end.
