      Depending on the department, it may be difficult to move up into management, but it is also a small company so there are less positions open at this point in time.

      Given wide exposure to various projects R&D and product design. Small company with decent benefits. Good work environment for a young engineer.

      Cons

      Pay is only okay even considering cost of living. Location is not ideal for someone not from the area. Amount of vacation is only okay

      Flexible timeline that enables you to manage your time. Fun competitions and atmosphere Clear weekly and monthly financial reports to the employees Tons of workshops and learning sessions to get familiar with all company's activities

      Sometimes the workload turns out very crazy which can be resolved by hiring more people.
