Low salary, several inexperienced managers, and management often avoids accountability. Again, since ACT is a small company, every employee is necessary for success and responsible for failure. With that in mind, one mistake I think ACT makes is paying their employees the bare minimum. They expect premium talent at sub-par pay. On top that, with some of the recently promoted management, accountability seems to stop at the upper management level. They are more than happy to take credit for success and equally as happy to blame anyone but themselves for failure. Hopefully this corrects itself in the future.

The culture of this company is really fake. Before you're hired, they try to show you how nice the company and legit their business are and what lovely people you're going to work with. But after a week past your hiring, the people starts getting anxious and bossy, playing the blame game for what they must have trained you and promised to. Many new hires left this company on their first day of hire to greater companies like Northrop for example a welder they tried to hire. There is no room for promotion and in fact they don't want to give you a raise. The sad thing is that they pay you bare minimum, enough not to die out of lack of crucial vitamins and proteins. The company doesn't owe anything really special except heat pipes with ad hoc procedures such as inconsistent charging. We have major and near-missed accidents all the time causing people to traumatize or which might have got them to hospitalize. I am in the process of switching my career and my advise to you is to avoid this place with some nasty people within.
