Lots of room for growth because lots of employees leave, creating opportunities for you. You'll gain quite the variety of experience because you have to do everything if you want your project to be a success.

Cons

Management has no idea how to keep employees around. They don't listen to feedback, suggestions, etc. When it comes to your daily tasks, the people around you aren't always reliable to get tasks done right and the resources aren't always available to get the job done well. Also the pay sucks.
