      Every other weekend hours. 10 hours per weekend. You control your pace and workflow. Access to providers is reasonably straightforward through nursing staff.

      Cons

      Working without a technician on weekends. If meds are not on hospital formulary, sometimes have to scramble to obtain from outside pharmacy.
