Pros
I genuinely care about my coworkers and feel cared for by them, management included. Tons of horizontal mobility options, if you want to try something new it's encouraged. No pecking order whatsoever, new hires are just as welcome to ask questions and offer solutions as veterans, your input is judged on its own merit. Hiring process focuses on "do I want to work with this person" as opposed to being a purely technical examination.
Cons
QA staff under supported (why is this an industry standard?). Tons of legacy code dependency, shackled with 20+ years of code.
