Pros

I am a Sr. SAP consultant working with with Advansoft International for past 4 years. The company is one of the best to venture into IT industry. The salaries are good and always on time with periodic growth. The people are friendly and cooperative. Working with Advansoft, I got the opportunity to work mostly with Fortune 500 companies which became a milestone in my career graph. I would highly recommend Advansoft to anyone who wants a good career in IT.

Cons

Sometimes training is very extensive and in detail that it take a bit more time. Actually that is really good..
