No growth!!! Poor Management

Pros

Location convenient if you live nearby. Dress attire is casual, you can even wear sneakers. Hours are somewhat flexible if it works for the company.

Cons

If you are looking to be rewarding for your hard work ethic this company isn't for you. I was employed as an Account Receivable Representative for four and a half years. I was overworked and underpaid. I was promised raises as well as other incentives all lies. They mislead the employees into thinking if you work hard enough you can earn a bonus perhaps for your managers. Other than the monthly birthday contribution and lottery ticket collection you can hang out all day and eat cake maybe enjoy a personal call. There is tons of downtime.

The people who work there are great.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Constant chaos due to unorganized management. Grossly under staffed/ unreasonable work load Favoritism Responsibilities and leniency depends on manager

Really Poor Enviroment

Pros

I can work remotely on occasion, thats about the only positive.

Cons

Poor benefits, no bonuses, and a generally negative environment. Our parking lot is over a five minute walk away from our office space. HR is the opposite of any experience I have had previously. I thought they were around to help employees, here they seem to be spying for upper management. They put a camera in the kitchen because they believed that people were drinking too much coffee.
