Company provides strong performance for its clients. Is a recognized leader in billing, coding, and other financial services for hospital-based specialties. The company invests time, money and education for its employees so that they can perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently. There is opportunity for advancement for those employees that demonstrate competency and commitment in performing their work for the company.

Cons

Integrating newly acquired companies including resolving corporate cultural differences could be improved.

I have been with AdvantEdge for two years now and LOVE, LOVE my job! The work is rewarding and I get to work with awesome people. I have the privilege of working with teams from all of our offices and find it extremely rewarding. The Leadership is personable and caring, while always having the greater good in mind. I have found them to be perspective and always willing to assist.

Cons

With so many working remotely it can be difficult to maintain relationships, but with the virtual tools we accomplish it.
