Pros
Great concept, many divisions, very dedicated staff, great opportunity for networking.
Cons
Very low pay, totally disfunctional a-c level management. Shopper events is very disconnected and has no real idea how to make thinks run smoother. no accountability except at the DSM and below levels. They talk of great promotional opportunities however as a top 1% performer and one of the highest engagement scores in the company I have been overlook by any and all divisions even though my credentials far exceed those whom are selected for the position. This is a "who you know" company. Most all DSM's are searching greener pastures.
