Pros
I was able to be fully remote because the eCommerce group was fully distributed (i.e. no physical office), which made work-life balance easier to manage than having a role in a traditional office. The team I worked with had a lot of great people that made a concerted effort to develop a strong culture.
Cons
There was a lot of attrition in mid-2021 that caused issues with managing client needs, especially with the number of clients the company took on in 2020 when online shopping took off.
