Pros

Growth here depends on one's willingness to take on projects that challenge them. Work-life balance is fantastic and employees have time to do extra activities for career and personal growth. Compensation is not the best in the industry but still at a very comfortable level.

Cons

As part of a back-end group, tester configurations are usually limited to minimal resources. Lack of pressure might cause employees to be complacent with taking it easy.

Benefits are very good. At least for me personally pay was decent. Strong team of employees on the floor to work with you.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged. Poor communication from management team with no methodologies for help to any of the answers you need.
