There is tons of work to be done here, so if you are ambitious, you can get some good experience, and even job hop internally by making close allies.

Cons

Not the best-paying company in the area, and there are several people in the company that are comfortable in their roles, so once you hit a ceiling, there is really not much growth beyond that unless you leave.

Operational flexibility in the company is top notch and consistently allow schedule changes for deadlines. Fair PTO practices and a mental health day with paid holidays. Decent compensation for the work with unlimited overtime.

Cons

Lack of a standardized process in lean manufacturing setting Lack of organization with regards to project execution. Quality data analytics are substandard with no software for internal quality control.
