      Pros

      Bonuses! The company has been doing good so the bonuses are good. Job security: It's a stable company. Growth: Depending on your department, you can have growth potential if you are willing to tolerate the Cons!

      Cons

      Understaffed: Too much work with frequent deadlines. The company is understaffed and the pressure is on all the time. You have to work longs hours and sometimes over the weekend. Salaries: You will definitely get paid less than the market average! They try to cover that with the cash bonuses but it's not certain (and are heavily taxed!). Work flexibility: Work from home is NOT allowed. Even for positions that can be performed perfectly from home. It's a traditional company. Office activities and fun: Almost does not exist. It's just a place to go and work. Very traditional.
