Pros

I found some of the most amazing people that I will forever have in my life at this organization. There are some departments that are like a family. Everyone on the team is a team player and they all work together to get things done.

Cons

If your boss doesn’t go to bat for you and your hard work, you’ll likely be outsourced or laid off. Every other year, they do a budget review for the headquarters office and if you are in a department that isn’t high functioning and you don’t have a boss who is able to “talk you up” it is very likely that your jobs will be no longer.

Pros

Good salary; nice office; cafeteria; on-site medical clinic

Cons

Definite hierarchy; only Adventists are allowed into top leadership positions; very little diversity in corporate office
