      Pros

      Family feel, great training and opportunity. The leadership and dedication at this company surpasses any experience I've had prior and since. The only reason I left was to move out of state.

      Cons

      There aren't too many cons in regards to the employer. The pay was low in relation to other areas in physical therapy and to other areas in the country. Considering this job is in California, the pay should be higher. However, the funding sources (state, insurance), restrict higher wages.

      Healing environment, others/community focused, family of caring professionals, state-of-the-art technology, brand new facility, location, teamwork, empowerment, good food in the Cafeteria and at local restaurants, safe place to work, employee and community culture, great Wellness Program for employees!

      Cons

      Surrounding neighborhood can be a bit dangerous at night, workload can get too heavy at times, not enough resources.
