Pros

Beautiful location, but that is about all. Don't waste your time.

Cons

Poor benefits, lack of communication, oppressive leadership. If you are not Adventist, you don't have a chance. Pay is much lower than competitors, employees are not expected to have a personal life and work-life balance is poor. Campus has been under construction for years and employee parking situation is very bad. Employees must park far from the facility and wait for a ride which might take 30 minutes, but employees don't get paid until they arrive at the facility. The same situation applies to getting back to your car in the evening. Doctors and staff are all very unhappy due to lack of resources and sense of accomplishment. Parts of facility have been shut down to improper building, and code violations. Some employees are forced to work in a builing 100+ years old that is not earthquake safe. Campus is difficult to navigate for patients and staff. Human Resources forgets to remove jobs long after they have been filled and turn over is VERY high. Leadership is untruthful and uses deceptive tactics with everyone.
