Advia sets realistic goals for employee, and provides extensive training. The management team is supportive and gives you advancement opportunities when you are successful. You are never asked to do anything unethical, or recommend a product that won't truly help your members. Great benefits!

Cons

The salary isn't extremely competitive in my market.

Cons

Can be a lot of business politics going on behind the scenes. Cut backs on staff have put a lot of pressure on the teams to do more with less creating a negative environment.
