Pros

Great culture and core values. Opportunities for advancement Monthly FUN activities Co-workers are great Extra effort and personal drive for success is recognized

Cons

Formal classroom professional development and leadership training opportunities are in the works but limited at the moment. Base compensation is competitive in the market, but not at the top. The culture and advancement opportunities are worth the trade off though.

Pros

Expanding, friendly place to work. Helping people and focused on community rather than the bottom line. Good hours and great staff

Cons

Hesitant to make a lot of decisions regarding expansion. Got the feeling management not all on the same page. Not the best compensation

Pros

Company as a whole has a great culture. People are uplifting and fun to be around. Everyone is generally there to help each other and make it a fun, successful place to work.

Cons

There are huge lacks in leadership from particular management that goes unnoticed. Hire young, unexperienced people into management before they are ready.
