Doesn't take HR claims seriously

Anonymous employee

Pros

The company does offer a lot to the local community and has a lot of employee functions. Outstanding benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

The company didn't (unsure of now) have an anonymous HR line for reporting incidents if you felt unsafe about it. Retaliation is a thing with supervisors there so a lot of problems go unreported. They claim that the employee surveys they send out are anonymous but most people don't believe it.
