* Fun people to work with * Focus I’m doing the right thing * It’s great to help small business owners

Cons

I worked for their creative team and it was often a toxic environment- unlike the rest of the company. The work you did was 100% not valued. No room to move up and when the opportunity was there it didn’t matter who was most qualified- they always promote their friends.

- Excellent Atmosphere - Many, many perks - Basically a creative agency within a larger company - Environment that cultivates learning/teaching. If you don't know something about creative, you will after working here

In my department (creative), there are no cons. Love this place!

Friendly coworkers, lunch available at reduced costs, great bonuses.

Cons

I have never been treated with so much disrespect - I was totally blindsided by new boss hired in department. He definitely power tripped and what he was thinking and saying about me was completely inaccurate. I have never been so shocked and hurt!
