Pros

Great at marketing, which means they are able to keep the profits rolling in.

Cons

There’s no substance behind the flash. They will sell you and their customers a lot of big promises but employees are underpaid and treated like numbers. Very fake corporate culture. The values they preach are not actually practiced.

- Excellent Atmosphere - Many, many perks - Basically a creative agency within a larger company - Environment that cultivates learning/teaching. If you don't know something about creative, you will after working here

In my department (creative), there are no cons. Love this place!
