Pros

- constantly a challenge to make you grow in every way possible - the group of employees that work here are like a family "ONE AE" - yearly trips for the WHOLE company - they encourage you to grow, not afraid of you to move on to a new career or job, they truly care about you and your future - monthly company meetings, letting the company know where we are for the year - rewards for doing well, and doing the right thing - incentives to make you work harder - the building inside is immaculate - it's a place you get excited to show up to every day for work - the in house lunch and cafeteria is amazing and is helpful so we don't have to leave the office for lunch - the owners are here weekly, so it's nice to see them and how hard they work

Cons

- tell us the calories of our lunch intake (literally that's it)

Pros

Good benefits, free pop, open office space.

Cons

People most deserving of promotions are often passed by people with not as much education or experience. Management promotes based on who kisses up to them. Poor training on new jobs. Founders have a strong “no gossip” policy but one former coworker in my department gossiped frequently and never got punished. Some people get away with everything, while other employees are blamed for everything. Small pay raises for promotions and taking on extra duties.
