Pros

Advocate provides you with all the tools necessary to succeed and is there every step of the way if you have questions. The management and production team work very hard to ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectations. The earning potential is unlimited if you put in the work and grind day in and day out. Further, you have all kinds of opportunities for upward mobility within the company if you achieve at a high level. Overall I had a great experience with this company and wish it success.

Cons

Hours can be long and you will drive a lot. However it doesn’t come unexpected because you are told this in the interview process.
