Pros
Best part about this job is the culture. I feel comfortable and friendly with everyone including upper management. It’s a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere, but when it comes to work, everyone is always 110% on point. All the managers know exactly what they’re doing and there’s absolutely no dead weight or incompetence in management. Pay is amazing, but thats something you must earn with hard work and persistence. Young and rapidly expanding company means excellent opportunity for advancement. I truly feel as though the company cares about me, and as long as you’re getting everything done and putting up numbers, there is never anyone micromanaging you or breathing down your neck. Plenty of incentives and great healthcare.
Cons
Door to door sales in the winter and rain is something to get used to. Must know how to manage stress and a heavy workload/schedule. If you are smart, and hardworking, you can be very successful at advocate.
