I really like the company events such as the holiday parties and summer picnics. The vision insurance is really good here. My boss awesome and understanding when unscheduled events happen and you need to take off. I feel very appreciated here.

There are not enough great things to say about Advocate Construction. The owners, HR team, and managers truly care about everyone's success here. From the sales team to production and everyone in between, it truly is like a family. I am glad I found my career here with Advocate!
