Pros

Great coworkers. Supportive supervisors and directors who are genuinely good people, a lot of consultation opportunities, positive atmosphere. Generous PTO.

Cons

Some clinicians get away with doing way less than others and taking much easier cases. High performers are rewarded with higher expectations. Easy to burn out.

Pros

Benefits were great especially for direct support. It seemed HR understood the strain of the industry and long periods of breaks are no unheard of.

Cons

Pay still remains a struggle. Being near Boston the cost of living easily surpasses the paycheck. I think this where the company pays through indirect items like long breaks. The company is great. You just hope your immediate supervisor is not the insecure kind. Problems are usually localized, not in general.
