Helping the individuals is always a rewarding experience.

Cons

vp's are arrogant and disrespectful. CEO is nice but clueless. Many attorneys are having a banner year due to lawsuits against management and their tactics.

The senior management is filled with thieves and incompetent unqualified morons. They should all be terminated to save the lives of those they claim to care about. Horrible working conditions, absolutely NO support! AVOID this place.

The mission - despite lots of watering down recently. The people we serve are great, but that is not the agency focus.

Cons

Management is so toxic - rude, disrespectful, only looking out for their own jobs and they take credit for your ideas and bad mouth you.
