No support/guidance from management, lack of supervision for unlicensed professionals, liability concerns, environment was toxic, hostile, negligent, passive aggressive, condescending, gaslighting, disrespectful and unprofessional

Little Support, Heavy Workload

-get to work with people who need assistance - gain experience in the mental health field -great earned time

Cons

-Low Pay, need second job to live -little support -management is out of touch, and are not concerned with the workers that make the company actually work -constant hiring crisis, (doing multiple people jobs and get paid for one) -Little room to move up in the company
