Pros

Advocates provides a supportive and welcoming team-oriented environment. The team is incredibly hard working, dedicated, and happy to lend a helping hand. Growth and promotions are very achievable if you're motivated, and managers will help you get there.

Cons

Pay rates are a little low since we're nonprofit but there is available overtime in many cases.
