I had a great supervisor and worked on a great team- lots of caring and support-

Cons

Folks working in the field had a more difficult time- sometimes interactions with clients difficult because people have developmental and intellectual disabilities but the organization was making a good faith effort to address isssues.

Lack of leadership, disorganization, and lack of communication between team members make the job that much more challenging leading to burnout.

*great earned time- highest around *flexible *suppport from supervisors is adequate *CEO really cares *Most Sr VPs also care

Cons

*the recent mergers have left all staff strung out *very hung up on legal issues, losing touch with the humanity of the work
