You get proper training and everyone is helpful. They make sure you properly understand the role and the job requirements.

Cons

No one knows what the actual process is. Every call is a mystery and you pray you will know the answer. It is quite stressful dealing with nasty customers. In my first 3 month I got a call from someone who was suicidal and I just didn't know what to do. Everything in this job is timed and being monitored.
