Cons

Lack of integration between departments Communication can be poor from higher-up to lower levels No option to work from home or flexible to change No paternity benefit - it was there and was removed which was unfair. Some managers need to go on coaching and support training as poorly interact with team members. Culture of bullying is pretty rife within the organisation in a number of departments.
