There are Good Benefits. Flexibility. Good people on the team. IT trainings provided. Opportunities to improve skills through use of systems.

Cons

No opportunities for growth. Bad management. There is no value placed on IT staff or cutting edge technologies. Fear of innovation.

Pros

Before it was Aercap, this was a great company!

Cons

They have a lot of issues that need to be resolved. They don't know how to treat their employees. They say one thing and do another. They said there wouldn't be a layoff, when there were 60% of employees were let go. Apparently they don't believe, "if it's not broken, don't fix it?" Upper management doesn't listen to their employees
