Not sure what the future of this company will be...
Pros
I can't think something good except the fact that there is a new and cozy office in Dublin with free food and gym. The management still doesn't seem to realize that the company should count to the employees. Although it looks to be going better than previous years, I am not quite sure if they will finally achieve their goals. It's a nice place to start your career, but not the nicest to go higher...
Cons
I used to work for the Amsterdam office and I had to leave because the headquarters moved to Dublin. The department management was not good and there used to be a lot of unfairness to the members of the team. You had to fight to get some training and the bonuses were not good. Of course, in other departments things are better. The company seem to haven't realized yet how big it has become since ILFC's acquisition and they keep acting as a small company.
