Pros

Good growth opportunity. The culture is good and most people I work with have been here for 10 to 15 years. Project work is challenging but rewarding. Facility and amenities are good. Monthly company BBQ and lunches.

Cons

Fast turn projects can be stressful at times. At times, the company is too busy. Engineers tend to travel but it’s usually limited to reasonable amounts.

Pros

flexible to some degree. good work like balance, in some positions.

Cons

if you like to be micromanaged every single step of the way, this is the place for you. there is an incredible amount of "big brother" going on here. the culture is awful.
