Pros

Nothing other than a few people that you can count on

Cons

Everything.. you have to use PTO for sick time. You need to know your sick 48 hours in advance. You get to call out 3 times a year max or you're terminated. Favoritism at its highest. HR Is terrible I would stress NOT to get on FMLA or have any health conditions.

Pros

Great health insurance benefits. Lots of business growth. CEO is a likeable person who says the right things. Opportunities for rapid promotion are real – if you are in the club.

Cons

Management lacks leadership abilities. Insecure leaders at Aeroflow are promoted without management training and there is little oversight of their management performance. This creates a toxic atmosphere with rampant micromanagement. Little to no job security. Lower level staff will be blamed for the shortcomings of management. Opportunities for rapid promotion are real, therefore, unsavory personalities can get a lot of power very quickly. Aeroflow does a significant amount of business with medicaid that is threatened by the current administration.

Management and Executive staff are evil people. Would give a negative 5 stars if possible.
