      Pros

      I've been with the company almost 4 years now and have worked in different departments. I feel like my input is valued and and my opinion matters and each person a part of my team plays a vital roll in my department. I feel like we are one big family and couldnt be more proud of the company I work for.

      Cons

      Some departments need to be re-evaluated and looked at who is running them. ...Some teams don't need 5 managers when the teams are only 6 people.

      Pros

      I have been with Aeroflow for over 2 years and have enjoyed almost every aspect of my job. I was given the opportunity to grow and management helped me achieve some pretty lofty goals.

      Cons

      A lot of growth can be a good thing and a bad thing. Aeroflow has experienced A LOT of growth over the years and that can result in the lack of training at times.
