Pros

I had been with Aeroflow for a little over 3 years. The company has gone through a lot of changes with Medicare, management, culture, etc... Aside from Medicare, the changes were all for the positive. The company is growing fast and with that brings a fast paced environment which I enjoyed. Wish I didn't have to move away or would have enjoyed staying with them.

Cons

I enjoyed the people I worked with and really didn't have any cons. If back in the area, would love to come back.

Fast paced/energetic company. There is a lot of room for advancement as long as you have very good computer skills and a lot of energy.

Cons

It is a little too fast paced. You need to be very good with computers and multitasking if you want to succeed.

None! Although, I did meet some good people there.

Cons

Where do I even start?!!! Wow, is all I can say. That place is the most unprofessional, unethical company I have ever encountered! High turnover and I saw why is one week! There is no leadership, training, professionalism nor anyone who knows what they doing! If you are a true professional, trust me do not go here! I could only take it one week and left asap!
