The benefits are decent, and we got some nice perks in the workplace like snacks and coffee.

Cons

The management of Aeroflow Health will just waste your time. Our supervisors keep setting unnecessary meetings, and they don't even make use of the time efficiently. They also make it difficult to coordinate with them because their schedules are all over the place, and they don't get back to us on time.

The company is very welcoming and the culture is pretty good. I didn’t run into any bad people here and did enjoy my day to day job for the most part.

Cons

The comp plan for the sales team is unexplainable. There are a number of variables that are outside your control. There is not one person at the company that can give you an accurate explanation or realistic expectation of your OTE. If you are told you will make a certain amount if you hit plan, get it in writing.
